30, 2023), you can upgrade to additional seats.

 * Discount will be applied to the new users for the remainder of the first year

   upgrade)

If I made a Jira Service Management purchase within the promotion period but did
not take advantage of the 30% discount at that time, can I still apply for the

No. If you did not take advantage of the promotion and already purchased, then
you cannot retroactively receive the discount for the purchase.
