It’s not about getting learners to memorize content—it’s about empowering learners to grow their skills and abilities. We believe that growth and outcomes can and should be measured and not just with self-assessments or graded quizzes. We define what success looks like at the start of every project, giving us a guiding light for achieving sustainable change.
