HOW TO VERIFY SIGNATURES
Im part of one project that has a document that has been signed multiple times.
Time between signatures have been many months. Document certificate shows only
last date when document is officially signed. But there is markings that have
been made by pdf editor, possibly before signing. Those markings are dates that
would normally be signing date. But I know that those are false dates. I have
signing id and docusign envelope id. Can I check all signatures for that
document even Im not the owner of the document?

DOCUMENTS SAYING "NEEDING ATTENTION" DESPITE ALREADY HAVING BEEN
SIGNED/ACTIONED- ANY IDEAS?
Hi all, So this is a frustrating situation- a user of mine is having an issue
wherein despite having already signed/actioned documents/items- the status is
saying that it still needs attention and there’s an exclamation point instead of
a checkmark- however, when you click into those docs, it says that it’s been
completed. We’ve reached out to DocuSign, and so far they’ve suggested clearing
cookies/cached data and trying incognito/different browsers- we’ve done all that
to no avail. For reference, this only started happening fairly recently- around
4/16/24- prior to that, everything was working as expected. I’ve done some
research online and so far haven’t been able to find any relevant info. Any help
is massively appreciated! Thanks so much!

Dear DocuSign-Community, as my search wasn’t succesful, I’ll try hear and have
the following question: I need to get my document signed by either one of both
directors. As I don’t know with one I can reach first, I would like to send the
document via DocuSign to both to get a signature as soon as possible. If the
first one signed, I do not need a second signature anymore. Is it possible to
map this process in DocuSign? How can I do this? Thx in advance! :-) Simone

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PREVIEW A DRAFT ENVELOPE BEFORE SENDING IT?
Hi, I’m trying to create a preview of a draft envelope so the sender can confirm
all the data and fields are correct before sending the envelope. I tried using
the createSenderView API to get the URL for the Sender View. However when I try
to access the URL its saying Login Unsuccessful redeem console code : RestApi
Error . Transaction Id: xxxx From what I’ve read online, the supposed URL is
supposed to be this domain “https://demo.docusign.net” but I’m getting this
instead “https://apps-d.docusign.com”. Is there some configuration/setting that

CHECKBOXES AND SELECT
I have created several yes/no style checkboxes configured as - at least one -
must be selected. When the user goes the through the document, Docusign take the
user through each checkbox with a ‘selected’ flag on the side and one must tab
or forward through each checkbox. Is there any way to disable this feature
and/or how should checkboxes be configured so as to not encounter this feature.

Good day, is there an option that one can sign once and it populates all the
necessary signature spots. i.e when a document is sent with multiple pages to be
signed, one can click once and all pages are signed instead of each page to be
clicked on?

I am a recipient of an envelope. My number for verification is set by the sender
as ÷610484****** I have been unable to do sms verification. I have requested the
sender remove the 0 They said they vhanged the number but the number is still
appearing with the zero before the 9 digit number. The sender says they don't
know wbat is wrong and said I should ask Docusign for assistance. What can I do?

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS DOCUSIGN - YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THIS PAGE
HR sent me an offer letter through Docusign. I am logged into my company account
and laptop and it keeps giving me the error “You don’t have permission to access
this page.” Please try again or contact your administrator. Apparently I’m the
only one having this issue. I’ve tried clearing all my history and cookies on my
browser and deleted all temporary files on my computer. I’ve restarted my laptop
numerous times. I’ve connected to the company internet, and tried using VPN and
turning off VPN. Nothing seems to work and I cannot access my offer letter.
Please help me figure this out, I’m unsure of what to do. I’ve contacted HR and
IT and they both don’t have an answer for me.

ON SOMEONE'S ELSE LEVEL
I used to be able to see the pending envelopes on someone else’s level when I am
cc’d on the document at the same level that they have been assigned as a signer
and recently it changed. Is there a way to turn this feature back on? As far as
I am aware I didn’t change anything on my end.

I have a user that is not receiving notifications to sign in the inbox of
Docusign. She says they are showing up in outlook, but she had to search for
them. Im an admin for our place of business. I sent her a test form to sign

SUSPICIOUS DOCUSIGN REQUEST EMAIL
Hello I received a docusign request that I wasnt expecting, and doesnt really
doesnt describe what it is for. The email address it came from also looks odd.
What domain do legitimate docusign requests typicaly have? The email I received
was from an email address ending in @aij.or.jp . I’ve never seen an email
address that ends in .jp, looking online it looks to be a country code for
Japan. Is there someone at Docusign that I should forward the suspicious email
to?

I am trying to send the same document to 3 people to sign. when I get the
fields, there are 3 different colors. When I select continue, it says add fields
for person #2 and #3. I select that and nothing happens. If I select continue,
then person 2 and 3 have no fields. How do I get fields on everyone’s document?

Hi DocuSign team, Hope you can guide on this concern, an envelope was sent for 4
recipients to complete, later it was voided (two days later) three of them
completed before it was voided, the customer who did not sign the envelope still
receives reminders to complete it but how if it was voided? Could you please

NEXT BUTTON ISN'T THERE ANYMORE
I am trying to send a document that needs 2 signatures. I downloaded the
document, added the 2 names and scrolled down to the bottom and the “Next”
button is not there, so I can’t go to the next page where I indicate where they
sign. I have never seen this happen before, I am stuck on the first page!

Has anyone seen this issue. A document was sent out for multiple people to sign.
All email notifications went out and all users signed. Then without any changes
to the docs, users were sent notification emails that they needed to sign but
already had.

I have sent some documents to two clients of mine, who appear to be having
issues with them both being able to sign the docs. They tell me that when one
party successfully signs, the option for the second party to do so then
disappears & she is therefore unable to sign. Is there a client guide anywhere

DOCUMENT VISIBILITY TO INTERNAL & EXTERNAL FOR MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS
i have 2 documents Document X - to be signed by A, B & C (internal) Document Y -
to be signed by C (internal) & D (external) Only C is able to view Document Y as
reference to Document X because C is the signatory for both document X & Y. The
visibility check box is greyed out for document Y for signatory A & B because
they are not the signer i supposed. How can i enable them to view Document Y
even though they are not signer? Thanks.

HOW ARRANGE FORWARDING OF ENVELOPE?
I’m sure this has been answered somewhere alread but thank you again for your
responses. I want to send an envelope with several documents to sign. I’m going
to send it to just one person (an administrator) who will then forward the
envelope onto several other people to complete with their signatures. Can you
recommend a video tutorial on how to do this? I’m having difficulty
