A WALK THROUGH TIME



A one-hour guided walking tour through the colorful history and heritage of Taal
Vista Hotel, Taal Volcano, and Tagaytay City.

Inclusions:
• Buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 years old and below for
One-Bedroom Suites while breakfast for 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 years old
for Two-Bedroom Suites.
• A one-hour guided walking tour featuring the hotel's photo gallery, organic
mini garden, etc.
• Filipino Afternoon Tea time Set which may be availed at the Lobby Lounge after
the tour.
• Welcome Amenity
• 10% discount on all Kultura Malls and Boutiques - Booking confirmation needs
to be presented to avail of the discount. Discount applies on all regular-priced
items only. Valid only during the exact duration of stay at any SM Hotels. Not
applicable to online transactions and in department stores. Standard exclusions
apply: Food, Beverages, Tabacalera Cigar, Angeli Glass, and Personal Care.

Terms and Conditions:
• Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Rooms are subject to availability. Prior reservation is required.
• The Superior, Deluxe, Ridge, Premier, and One-Bedroom Suite rooms can
accommodate 2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and below, while the
Two-Bedroom Suite rooms can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children below 12 years
old.
• Children below 5 years old and below enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast,
while children 6 to 12 years old enjoy a 50% discount from the prevailing buffet
rate.
• This promotion is not to be combined with other promos, coupons and discounts
including Senior Citizen Discounts/PWD. “In the purchase of goods and services
which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with
Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the
Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for PWD, whichever is
higher.”
• Guarantee is needed to confirm the reservation, in the form of a credit card,
cash payment, or bank deposit. The credit card provided will be used for
pre-authorization purposes to guarantee the booking. In case another credit card
will be used to settle or will opt to pay in cash, reversal of the
pre-authorized amount will take place within five to seven banking days.
• Extra person charge is Php 2,000 nett inclusive of breakfast and tour.
Afternoon tea set not included.
• Time slots for the tour will be reconfirmed upon check-in, please coordinate
with front desk.

Children Policy:
• Children 12 years and below can stay and share existing bedding/s in the room.
• 0 to 5 years old are entitled to complimentary breakfast; 6 to 12 years old
breakfast fee is Php 600.00 per child per day

Check-in/Check-out Time:
• Hotel's standard check-in time is 2 pm and the standard check-out time is 12
noon.

Cancellation policies

• Credit card guarantee will be required to confirm the reservation. The credit
card provided will be used for pre-authorization purposes to guarantee the
booking. In case another credit card will be used to settle or will opt to pay
in cash, reversal of the pre-authorized amount will take place within five to
seven banking days.

• Cancellation can be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a
one-night cancellation fee. Modification may be allowed provided that the hotel
is notified no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Changes to
the reservation will be subject to room availability and rate differences. No
show or late notice will incur a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of one room
night to be applied to the credit card provided.
