We work with the Developers, Architects, Contractors and all other organisations that require the service of professional engineers within the building industry and associated industries. We have been providing this service for over 20 years and during this time we have been involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical design. Smart Systems UK We were recently asked to carry out the design of all electrical services to the new factory and office complex for Smart Systems UK. These works consisted of Lighting, Power Supplies, Mechanical Services, Data & Voice cabling, External Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security System. The project had to be completed in 12 weeks and consisted of a 2 storey office block of 22,000 sq. feet and a warehouse / factory of 126,803 sq. feet. We had full design responsibility and had to work closely with the Belgium builders Vereist to ensure the project finished on time and was in keeping with the parent companies corporate scheme.
