   Billing can be monthly, with discounts applied for up front annual and 24
   month contracts.

   The Groov team of experts can happily run you through a live, personalised

IMPLEMENTATION

 * How long does it take to implement Groov?
   
   
   Basic implementation to MS Teams and Office 365 can be completed in under an
   hour. However, we recommend taking 2-4 weeks to plan a successful launch and
   build excitement around the platform. Our team is here to help you make the
   launch a success and get your people engaged from day one.

 * What resources are needed for implementation?
   
   
   Minimal resources are needed. Light IT involvement is required to integrate
   with your systems, and our team will guide you through the process. We have a
   range of partnerships with managed service providers who can also help with
   implementation and fine tuning.

   Groov ensures data privacy with enterprise-grade security, drawing on
   experience in financial services, healthcare, and government sectors. We use
   encryption at rest and in transit, implement strict access controls, and

   features layered security, with no sensitive information shared unless fully
