License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by peer reviewers
in a single blind review process.

Geologica Carpathica is an international scientific journal that publishes
original studies concerned with all aspects of the geology of the
Alpine–Carpathian–Himalayan orogenic system and the surrounding regions. These
studies should be consequential and should have implications for geoscience
research in this orogenic system.



Geologica Carpathica publishes contributions related to research in:

 * Tectonics and Structural Geology
 * Sedimentology, Stratigraphy, and Paleontology
 * Geochemistry, Petrology, Mineralogy, and Economic Geology
 * Applied Geophysics

Geologica Carpathica is published six times a year. Distribution of the journal
is provided by Library of the Earth Science Institute, Slovak Academy of
Sciences.
