#GERNPERDU

#gernperDu (gernperDu) ist eine Mitarbeiter-Initiative um Kollegen und Partnern
im beruflichen Kontext proaktiv und freiwillig das „Du“ anzubieten.

Durch die Verwendung von #gernperDu in der E-Mail-Signatur, im
Mitarbeiterverzeichnis, als Lanyard oder Notebook-Sticker möchten wir unser
Umfeld einladen, sich gegenseitig zwanglos und auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen.

Wir glauben fest daran, dass man auch mit kleinen Mitteln zu einem positiven
Kulturwandel beitragen kann.

#CallMeByMyFirstName is an initiative to proactively but also voluntarily offer
the use of the first name in the business context. Started as an idea for the
German language, we quickly found out that it also helps in the international
context.

We would like to invite you to use #CallMeByMyFirstName in your e-mail
signature, your corporate directory, on a lanyard or notbook sticker as an offer
to your colleagues and partners for a more casual way to communicate with each
other on eye level.

We believe that also the small things can have a positve effect and help to
change corporate culture in the right direction.
