LANCE CHILDERS MORTGAGE CONSULTANT

Lance Childers is a Cordele, Georgia native and currently resides in Sumter
County with his wife and son. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business
Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and later earned his
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Georgia Southwestern University.

For the past 10 years Lance has worked in the customer service and sales fields.
His experience in service and sales has provided him with a strong foundation
from which he can serve both his REALTOR®  partners and his mortgage clients at
a high level. Lance’s goal as a mortgage consultant is to provide exceptional
customer service by making the home buying process a simple and enjoyable
