I am a yoga and fitness instructor. I also have extensive experience in
personality development of professionals, students and youths. My goal is to
guide people to get into shape taking into consideration posture, breathing,
dietary intake, latest fitness techniques. I not only maintain intense focus on
a healthy body but also addresses psychosocial stress.
