SELF PASSWORD SERVICE


PLEASE REGISTER SPS FOR THE FIRST TIME

The password self-service platform can help users reset their passwords. You can
pre-set password answers and use this method to reset passwords.

1. Please verify the domain prefix according to the corresponding site.

2. Configuring a password answer after logging in using an AD account.

Site-domain prefix:

Shenzhen and Huizhou:TCT-HQ

Oversea User:TCL

Shanghai:TA-CN

Chengdu:TA-CD

Ningbo:TA-NB

Nanjing:TA-NJ

FR: TA-FR

US: US

LATAM: TA-MX

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS

 * The minimum password length is 7 characters;
 * Password usage period is 90 days;
 * The default password must be set to a strong password (cannot contain the
   user's account name, and cannot contain more than two consecutive characters
   in the user account);
 * Contains three types of characters in the following four categories of
   characters:
   
   (1) Uppercase Letters of English (A to Z)
   
   (2) English lowercase letters (a to z)
   
   (3) 10 basic digits (0 to 9)
   
   (4) Non-alphabetic characters (for example!, $, #,%)

 * 3 Historical Password records;
 * 15 invalid logins in 5 minutes will lock the account for 5 minutes;
