WHY DO I NEED TO FILL IN THE ITALIAN PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM?

You need to provide the Government of Italy with your contact details and your
recent travel history so that you can be contacted in case a passenger
travelling on your plane, train, or ship is found to be infected with COVID-19.
You will not be allowed access to Italy without filling out this form.

application if you contact us after we submit the application to the Italian
Government.

It's also possible to place your application on the Italian Travel Health
website at app.euplf.eu. However, in this case, you can only submit the
application form 2 days before you land in Italy and won't have any help from a
live support agent. Remember that incorrect applications can lead to problems
entering Italy.
