I'm not even kidding- I was assigned to write a descriptive paragraph about a
picture (an asphalt road surrounded by trees) and ended up creating an entire
short story about a guy losing his humanity and being possessed and trapped by a
forest.

Not really traumatising but still- it escalated quickly lmfao

I was once just randomly writing a short story on a day in the life of a regular
man but instead it turned into a mortician who falls in love with a dead body.
The mortician refuses to give the body back to the family because he didn't wish
to be parted with his 'lover'. In the end he kills himself because his 'lover'
'told' him to do so.

I am completely sane.
