Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs
and taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the
recipient.
Following the Brexit, all orders to the UK may be subject to additional customs
and tax charges on delivery. We do not cover these costs as the sender is exempt
from all customs duties.

RETURNS
You have changed your mind? A product does not suit you? We accept the return of
your order within 14 days after receipt of your package. The items must be
returned in perfect condition and not have been worn. We will only take back
items that have not had the tags removed. Please be sure to include your invoice
with your return package, circling the product(s) concerned. Damaged, soiled or
incomplete items will not be returned or refunded. We commit ourselves to
reimburse you the article within 15 working days after reception of it. To make

WHERE DOES LUNÖ CASHMERE COME FROM?
Lunö cashmere yarn is an Italian yarn from a large Italian company, committed to
an ecological approach, respectful of animals and humans. The yarns come from a
selective breeding of Cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia. The company controls the
entire process to produce the most precious fiber combining quality and
sustainable development. This method is respectful of the animals and aims to
improve the quality of cashmere while advocating sustainable production.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR CASHMERE
How to care for your cashmere? Cashmere loves water. To care for it, it should
be washed regularly. The more you wash your jumper, the more beautiful and soft
the cashmere will be. For optimal care, follow the steps below:
1/ Your baby can wear the garment 4 or 5 times before it is washed. When it is
time, wash the garment by hand in warm water or in the washing machine on a wool
programme at cold or 20° max. Use a special wool detergent or, even better, a
product adapted to this type of material, such as a special cashmere shampoo,
but do not add any softener!
2/ If possible, put your garment in a mesh bag or laundry bag to keep its shape
and not stretch.
3/ Very important: choose a maximum spin speed of 400 rpm. If you prefer to wash
by hand, allow 10 minutes in warm water, squeeze and wring out, but do not rub.
4/ Always dry flat on a towel. Avoid the tumble dryer and any other source of
heat.
5/ If necessary, you can perform a light steam ironing on the back of the
garment.
6/ Finally, you can keep a cedar ball in your wardrobe to keep moths away from
your clothes and also use a cashmere comb if you need to remove pilling after
washing.
WHERE ARE LUNÖ CLOTHES MADE?
Lunö garments are manufactured in Mauritius in a small factory that works
exclusively with these exceptional yarns. The factory is equipped with the
latest technology in Intarsia knitting. These machines offer unprecedented speed
and precision. The fifty skilled workers employed there carry out their work in
respect of working conditions and are paid a fair price.

Lunö garments fit normally. The cut is deliberately adjusted to keep warm. For a
looser fit, take the next size up.
