 * What: The NYC2600 Meeting, New and Confusing Edition.
 * When: Friday, January 5, beginning at 5:00 PM EST.
 * Where: Manhattan’s Citigroup Center.
 * Why: To meet up, eat food, do things, and learn to make chain mail.

> You read that correctly! It’s planned that an open demo of how to make chain
> mail (the armor kind, not the propagating message kind) will take place at the
> meeting this week! A regular meeting attendee informs us that if you bring two
> pairs of needle-nose pliers you will be welcome to join in and do some linking
> of rings yourself, other necessary materials will be provided to you.
