HOW DO WHISTLEBLOWER CLAIMS WORK?



Our firm is nationally known for our skill and experience representing
whistleblowers. We were the first firm in the country to obtain a recovery for
exposing hospice care fraud in a nationwide case. We also obtained the first
False Claims Act recovery based on violations of the Controlled Substances Act
and Medicare Part D. We represent relators across the country, filing in all
