How do I earn Bilt Points?


Earning Bilt Points is easy! If you live at a Bilt Rewards Alliance property,
you can earn points just by paying your rent. You may also be eligible to earn
points on other things like signing a new lease or renewing a lease. To earn
even more points, you can sign up for the Bilt Mastercard®.
What are my Bilt Points redeemable for?


You can redeem your points for travel with 100+ airlines and hotels, fitness
classes, a down payment on your home, a future rent payment, or for home decor
or art in the Bilt Collection. You can view all of these rewards and redeem your
points in the Bilt Rewards app.
Who can participate in Bilt Rewards?


Anyone 18 years and older can apply for the Bilt Mastercard®. If you’re outside
of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you can still apply for the card. If approved, you
can find instructions on how to pay your rent in the Bilt Rewards app.
