What markets can I shop from using the Tradr app?
The Tradr app currently allows you to shop from Mile 12 and Yaba markets. We are
working to expand our operations to almost every major market soonest.
Do I get to see and approve items before they are purchased?
Yes! You get to chat with your shopper, receive pictures and even video chat.
Is there a return policy?
If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by us),
we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. However, you will
need to notify the delivery driver of youir observation at the point of
delivery. Our shoppers try their best possible to ensure your items are
purchased. But if items are out of stock, we process return of funds
immediately.
What is your Delivery time?
Orders that come before 10am for Mile12 and 2pm for other markets will be
delivered same day. Orders after these times will be dispatched early the next
day.
Are there any additional costs?
Since we do not include markup on any of the items sold, we charge a service fee
of between 2% - 10% depending on the amount of items purchased.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we deliver non-perishable items outside of Lagos.
Do you offer pay on delivery?
We currently do not offer any payment on delivery options.
