Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
Elisabet Skov Nielsen, you were just phished by your security team.
It's okay! You're human. Let's learn from this.

This was a phishing test performed by CBS. Rather than stealing your login
credentials like a cyber criminal, we have redirected you to this educational
page instead.

If in doubt: Report the email

Always report suspicious emails to the IT Support using one of these methods.
By reporting suspicious emails, you help protect yourself, your collegues and
CBS.

1
Report message button in outlook
Click the report message button and select phishing as the message type. The
email will automatically be forwarded to IT and moved to your junk email folder.
2
Forward the email to helpdesk.it@cbs.dk
Please move the email to your junk email folder or delete it after forwarding it
to IT.
3
Call IT Support
You can report phishing by phone to IT Support.
This is especially important if you've clicked a link in a phishing mail, in
order to help assess what steps need to be taken to protect you and CBS.
Call +45 3815 3715.
Every reported email will be examined by a colleague in the IT Support. If the
email gives cause for concern, the IT department will:
 1. Remove the email from all mailboxes at CBS.
 2. Set up a filter to block the email and its sender from reaching CBS later
    on.

Tips to identify the phishing message

1
Does the email address of the sender look suspicious?
Check if the sender's name matches with the email address.
2
Does the email contain a suspicious link?
Hold your mouse over the link and see if the address looks credible. If you are
in doubt whether the link is credible, then go directly to the website (e.g.
Skat.dk) instead of clicking the link in the mail, to ensure that you are
accessing the right website.

Check if the sender's name matches with the email address.
3
Are you being asked to provide personal or confidential info?
A legitimate organisation should never ask you to send sensitive information
over email.
4
Are there spelling mistakes or grammatical errors?
These errors might be the result of bad translation or created deliberately to
avoid filters that block these attacks.
5
Are you being urged to act quickly?
If so, the sender might be trying to rush you into making a mistake.
