The revised Hawaii Administrative Rules, 19-133.2 became effective as of
9/30/2018. These rules provided an increase in the maximum fee that can be
charged for motor vehicle inspections. 19-133.2-22(c)(1) allows a charge of
$25.00 plus tax for cars, trucks and buses. Paragraph (2) allows a $17.00 plus
tax fee for motorcycles. However, the rules also eliminated the $5.00 charge for
checking window tint. You may use these new fees immediately.

indicate that it is from the Hawaii PMVI Program and should be followed. ALL
messages from Apple should be disregarded. Do not update the Apple iOS until
directed to do so via a message from the Hawaii PMVI Program.
