COUNSELLING IS A PROCESS AND LOOKING FOR A COUNSELLOR IS A PART OF THAT PROCESS,
PLEASE TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED.

My name is Emma Tait, and I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have been in
private practice since 2012, and I am listed on the BACP register which is
approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.

I work with a variety of issues, whether it be anxiety or depression or trauma
or family issues. I have a wealth of experience counselling individuals and have
worked with a wide variety of people, both privately and in organisations. In
addition to working with a diverse range of difficulties and issues over my 13
years of practice, I also offer counselling to couples.

ONLINE COUNSELLING

Due to recent events, the landscape has changed dramatically for most of us.
Online and telephone counselling had become, for at least a short time, the only
way to receive therapy.

I continue to offer online and telephone therapy for those who prefer it, who
maybe abroad or live in other parts of the United Kingdom.
