Sounds like the pre-2008 bubble all over again, though I don't know if the same
mortgage scams are as big a factor now. Maybe the 'bubble" will stick longer
this time.

Almost moved to Seattle from the SF Bay Area to avoid income tax, but ended up
in Vegas... mainly cause it was a lot cheaper to live here... but even here,
it's starting to get delusional with the pricing of the higher end homes.. the.
middle class stuff and condos is still sane.
