What are the benefits of strength training?

Strength training can help increase muscle mass, boost metabolism, improve bone
density and much more. Seeing progress in strength and physical ability will
enhance your self confidence. You’ll develop a positive body image and feel much
more empowered.

How often should I workout?

It is recommended to workout at least 3-4 times a week for optimal results.

What should I eat before and after a workout?

It depends on what fitness goal you would want to reach, but generally you want
a meal that is high in carbohydrates and low in fats and oils before the gym.
After the gym, eating protein is important to help your muscles regenerate
