SUSPICIOUS DOCUSIGN ENVELOPE
I found what looks like a fraudulent envelope in my DocuSign, that has multiple
users cc’d and was supposedly signed by me. I never received an invitation to
sign this document which appears to be part of a scam. Should I delete it or
does this mean someone has access to my account and can view other saved
documents? Please advise.

SIGNER DOESN'T RECIEVE ENVELOPE WHEN MORE THAN ONE SIGNER IS ASSIGNED (WITH A
SET ORDER)
Hello, Whenever I set a document to have two signers, the firs one (in our
organization) never gets the envelope to add the first signature. I am forced to
send the envelope multiple times. What am I doing wrong? This happens regardless
of whether I check the “Set signing order” or not. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi all, we need a valid QES signature chain and now there is additionally a
DocuSign sinature on the document which we don’t see. This can’t be verified
(see below) and we are scared that the signature chain is not valid for signing
a contract. There QES is strictly required. Did someone have a similar problem?

REVISING A TITLE ON PARTIALLY SIGNED DOCUMENT
The final signer of a document had a change to their title, so now their title
on the document needs to be revised. Is it possible to edit the document now to
reflect this person’s title change, even though other people have already signed
this document? If so, can I make this change as the sender, or can they do this
as the signer?

CONTRACTS LOCKED FOR SIGNATURE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME
I work in franchising and the FTC requires a “cooling off” period, in which a
document has to be sent, or “disclosed,” but it cannot be signed for a certain
number of days (usually 7 or 14). Is there a way docusign can send documents but
not allow a signature until a certain date or number of days in the future?

Good morning, I would like to configure the “initials” field so that users who
must initial their contract (HR) do so in “letter” mode and by handwriting
because it is not readable. example: Mr Philippe ABBE must initial each page,
instead of having the initials handwritten I would like to see “PB” appear in

IS THERE A WAY TO LOOKUP AND VALIDATE A DOC ID FOR A DOCUMENT SENT BY A THIRD
PARTY?
I was sent a document from a third party that contains two signatures,
supposedly signed by DocuSign (there is a DocuSign Doc ID number, though the
signatures do not include the DocuSign brackets). Adobe Acrobat is saying that
at least one of the signatures is invalid. Is there a way i can lookup the Doc
ID number and obtain the Certificate of Completion (or at least some details)
about the transaction? Going back to the party that sent it to us is
problematic, so I would like to try to find out as much about this transaction
as I can before doing that. Thanks, Teri

FEE AGREEMENT DATE SHOWN IS BEFORE I RECEIVED THE DOC FOR SIGNING
I received an important document on the 24th February 2021 and eventually signed
it using docusign on 1st March 2021. I printed the signed doc but have misplaced
it so I asked the Finance company to send me a copy. I received a pdf file of
the doc but the Fee Agreement date shown is 11/02/2021 (11th February 2021). How
is this possible? All other aspects of the document are exactly what I remember
I signed on the 1st March 2021. I would appreciate your comments/ answers so
that I can go back to the Finance company with some confidence. Thank you.

CONTRACT PROBLEM
We signed a docusign contract with a boat yard in August of 2023. Now they are
claiming they “lost the contract” and we need to sign a new one. Can someone
please tell us how we access what we signed?We now believe they had all the
copies of completed go to them, we cannot find where the completed document was
emailed to us, but have found where we, as the signer, are registered under
their email, and the document was voided. We have the number from where it was
voided.

I am having this happen with two envelopes. Both signers have signed the
documents, but I have received nothing back. One emailed me a copy of the
Docusigned document - it all looks correctly signed. But the history of the
envelope still says ‘Needs to Sign’. I have received nothing back.

I’m new to Docusign and trying to fill out a real estate Purchase & Sale
Agreement, I can't figure out how to manipulate the text field to adjust it to
fit on the line? I can click outside the box and get it to look like its
adjustable, but it won't allow me to adjust to fit the lines. I don't have this
issue with the company field any input is greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I need a qualified elekctrnic signature foor signing a document in France. It is
realy once, that I need it, as, in Holland (my nationality) this is totally not
required. I tried to get the qualified signature via FranceConnect+ but that is
only for the french themselves. I need to sign a document to end a company
inscription what was done by mistake. How do I do this without opening a paid
account with monthly payments?

Hi, I am trying to send multiple templates in one envelope and when it comes to
filling it in the finish button does not appear stating that there are fields
that need filling in - but they have all been filled in. For example the name
field - a text field - appears red even though it has data in. Please someone
help me I am loosing the will here! Thank you :)
