Confirm My Choices

Cancel culture
Criminals often pretend to be us. Callers will try and convince you to install
remote access software (AnyDesk or TeamViewier) so they can access your device.
They'll tell you about a suspicious payment that needs to be 'cancelled'.
We'll never ask you to use your card reader to approve the cancellation of any
suspicious payment.
Always remember that when you use your card reader to make a payment -
'Approving' means the payment is
being authorised to be paid. 'Cancelling' means the payment will not be paid.
