remember any dealership as friendly, competent and thorough with some of the
best customer service I have personally experienced! I have every service and
oil change done here. It’s nice to be recognized and comfortable when dealing

I am from out of town and I noticed the check engine icon lit up in my console.
I happened to be driving by and happy to see the dealership. They were very
attentive and personable. I was done in less than an hour. The secondary air
injection valve was stuck open and I needed a software update. Great experience
!

Went into Volkswagen today with my mom to sing up for a lease. Her Passat, she
was buying to own, suddenly broke down and Brian Grogan was extremely helpful in
helping us find the right car and price for us to lease! He was very friendly
and patient as we looked for the correct car. He was very thorough with
explaining all the technological features of the new car. He even gave us a free
USB cable, sunglasses, and a coozie! Now my mom has a brand new beautiful grey
Jetta SE for a great deal with some awesome feautures! A remote starter with TWO
key fobs (I am very jealous), sun roof, front and rear seat warmers, several
safety features, and so much more. Brian and the team at Volkswagen Quirk are
incredible! I highly recommend! Could not be happier with the service and the
people at Quirk VW.

the sales manager Troy. He made sure we didn't waste any time and immediantly
guided us to the vehicle that fit our needs. He was knowledgeable about the
systems in the vehicle, the programs available, and quickly had the vehicle
pulled up for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car! He gave us a
great price upfront, great value for our trade and above all the kind of
personal service that hard to find these days. The finance manager Brian was
excellent and exuded true professionalism. Paperwork was seamless. Great place

I recently had an issue where my check engine light came on and shortly after
that my car stalled. It was late afternoon when I called. Matt got me in for 7
am the next morning. My car was fixed and ready by noon time. Although the check
engine light came back on the next day, they were extremely understanding of how
upset and frustrated I was. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner. Matt
was in constant contact throughout the day with updates. Jay and Matt worked
with me and found a resolution to make sure I was taken care of. My car was
ready that night before closing. All the service reps are always friendly and
professional. This is why I continue to go back to the dealership for

Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from Quirk VW in Manchester NH. Why? Because
their prices are simply the best (lowest) and they work really hard to earn your
business.No games being played there, they give you a great deal, beat
competitors and get you financed fast. They don't try to sell you things you
don't want or need and aren't pushy like other places. I dealt mostly with Troy
Demers (online) and over the phone as well. Troy was a fantastic Manager in all
ways, a straight shooter from the start, which is certainly refreshing in this
auto industry today. I was told a price, that's what it was. The Sales team
(Craig) in particular was very kind, considerate and pleasure to work with as
well. Craig helped facilitate and finalize the sale in professional manner.
Tyler (finance) explained my options clearly and was very helpful. This was my
best experience leasing a car Ever!, I highly recommend customers to give them a
chance first to earn your business. Very happy with the purchase. Will be
returning in the future for sure.

Dominick and the staff were great and easy to deal with. No bull with paperwork
process, from test drive to leaving under 2 hours. Also, all aspects of how to
operate vehicle were explained in easy terms. Finally the pricing was fair and
we shopped several other dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

My main contact was Tyler. The overall experience was one of a welcoming
community. Tyler is resourceful, knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. We shared
personal stories about life which helped pass the time in an otherwise long
process. I will recommend Quirk and Tyler if I meet someone looking for a car.
The only drawback to the whole experience was the "offer" of a lower model
vehicle "if" I wasn't approved for the car I was looking for. I assume this is
SOP and fault no one. Tyler ran it by me once, I said no thanks, and that was
the end of it. I greatly appreciate that he did not continue to press that
option. Grade A response by him. For future reference we, the buyers, spend
multiple hours comparing cars online and talking to family and friends before we
go to the dealership. More than one attempt to sell us other than what we came

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Lent at Quirk Volkswagen for
the purchase of a new vehicle. Jeremy was a true professional from the start of
the experience through the delivery of the new vehicle. Jeremy goes above and
beyond for his customers, and beyond truly cares. I was also very impressed at
the ease of the closing process of the vehicle. In the past I was used to
signing page after page after page at the close of vehicle purchase but at Quirk
it is not like that at all. As I think back on this process I am amazed once
again with the ease of this process...Quirk does it right! Again in the past
when it came to the delivery of. New vehicle I was used to the typical
experience of being shown the big features of the vehicle and then sent on my
way. Jeremy went through the entire vehicle from front to back making sure that
I felt both comfortable a confident before I left the dealership with the new
vehicle. Jeremy even went above and beyond and made sure to sync my phone! If
you are looking for an honest salesperson who truly cares about his customers go
