OVER ALL A NICE PLACE TO STAY
The staff are very nice and welcoming. My only issues was that our room
wasn’t as clean as expected. There was a used cup on the floor next to the
bed and hair all over the shower wall and bathroom floor. Other than that
the room was in good shape and comfortable. We will definitely stay here
again when visiting family.

JUST MARRIED
Just got married and we booked a room here at this hotel and is hands down
the best experience and the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything
including the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and I will
definitely be staying here again

STUCK ON ELEVATOR
Beware this hotel has a newer all electronic elevator system that is prone
to fail. This was confirmed by the elevator mechanic, fire department, and
911 operator. This has happened before and fire department was unable to
get me out. Had to wait for the only specialized mechanic in socal to
arrive. What a joke.

shut-off that is triggered with any excessive shaking. This is for the
safety of our guests, if and when an earthquake were to happen.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
Hotel was very clean, staff was so sweet and kind. My visit was in October
and out toddler absolutely loved the Halloween decorations. Hotel is very
modern, beautiful bathroom, not to mention huge! I had a king size bedroom
and the only downfall was the room was a little small compared to other
hotels I've stayed at, but overall it was very nice. Not much to complain
about at all. Would definitely stay again if I came back to visit.
Also it is in a great location, close to a lot of stores, restaurants and
coffee places. I'm big on my coffee so I loved that there was options less
then 2 minutes away!
