Ted worked with us to get us a beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath rambler in south Olympia
and we are so happy with our purchase. We are new to the area so Ted was able to
help us find a good neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. I would

Ted did a great job working with my wife and I. We are opposites to say the
least. We have different ideas of where we wanted to be in terms of locations,
budget, and which list in a home. Ted helped us weight the pros and cons and
give us an idea of how it affects our current and future family circumstances.
This is not something everyone does. I have worked with 6 different realtors
buying and selling multiple homes on the West Coast over the last 10 years. This
is not usual.
My wife and I were going to pull out of a home. We felt zero pressure from Ted
and his team. Again, this is not usual. They sat with us and helped us weigh the
pros and cons of this decision. I am so glad we decided to follow through with
the home. It was a miscommunication that would have not been cleared up had Ted
not taken the time and patience to sit with me. I would have missed out on an

I have had the good, the bad, and the ugly in terms of realtors and the process
of buying and selling homes. Ted Leland gave me the opportunity to experience
excellence. I had become so annoyed and frustrated not only in feeling like I am
giving my money away to paper pushers, but feeling frustrated with the lack of
experience and education I was becoming accustomed to in the realtors I was
meeting on the West Coast. I sold my last two homes on my own through a title
company due to this extreme frustration. It just felt like I was doing all the
work and I knew what price I wanted.
That is the mindset of the past. Ted goes above and beyond not only in
explaining the market and process of buying and selling in Thurston and Pierce
County, but giving you straight answers with results. Ted has bought 2 homes for
me and is in the process of selling my third home. He will have a customer for
life. I want to be clear you will not get simple service. You are getting a
collaborator that cares just as much as you do about your wish list, your
budget, and your investment. I am a type A personality. I sincerely let go (to
the best of my ability) and whole heartily trust Ted and his team. Ted and his
team were able to meet with me multiple times, at my convenience, during the
Christmas and New Year Break. INSANE! Ted pushed back the closing of my home
because we didn’t have an essential part of the paperwork that everyone wanted
to ignore which would have been a huge liability for us. Ted saved us a whopping
$11,500 on our home in a sellers’ market and HIGHLY desirable neighborhood by
jumping on the ball and collaborating throughout the negotiation process. I can

Ted is a lighthouse in the dark. His skills or only surpassed by his results. We
were in a rush to sell to get our dream home. Then the storm of COVID hit the
week we put it on the market! It was no problem for Ted to manage these rough
waters amd make it happen above market value, no less!
During the process, he guided is through the storm and we never felt safer. We
knew the direction we were going and what our goals were. I know his reputation
is that he is honest and sells homes at top dollar, but it's a completely
different experience when it's you.

sessions will be kept confidential, unless otherwise requested by the client
or required by law or court order.
2. As an Inner Widsom Advisor, I am not a licensed clinical counselor, clients
will be advised to consult with licensed professionals for advice of a
legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified
to provide.
3. Clients have the right to refuse or terminate their sitting at any time,
regardless of prior consent.
4. Payment is accepted prior to service
