IMPROVEMENT

  

We've listened to your feedback and decided that the dropdown filter within the
activity panel was not an efficent enough way to filter the activities.
Particularly when trying to view project notes.

Now filter the list with the quick filters at the top! Choose from:

 * All
 * Notes
 * Communications

AUTOMATIC DEADLINE DATE FOR EVENT TASKS ⏱️

 


IMPROVEMENT

  

Tasks associated with an Event will automatically have their deadline set to the
Event's end date. This deadline will dynamically update whenever the Event's end
date is changed, ensuring that your task timelines are always accurate and
up-to-date.

Notes now live exclusively within the Project's activity timeline. Create, edit
and delete Notes all in the same place!



You can filter the activity timeline by Notes in order to see all the project's
Notes at once.

Stay up-to-date with notifications directly within our web app. Here’s what you
can now get alerted about:

 * Task Assignments: Know instantly when you're assigned or unassigned from a
   Task.
 * Event Assignments: Get notified when you're added or removed from an Event.
 * Event Updates: Be in the loop when there are changes to any Event.
 * Mentions in Notes: Receive alerts when someone mentions you in a Note.
 * Integrated Email Alerts: Get notified when you receive a new email in your
   integrated Gmail account (if you are a Beta tester!)

PURCHASE ORDER IMPROVEMENTS: GIVING YOUR SUPPLIER ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEED

 


IMPROVEMENT

  

You're now able to set additional data when creating a Purchase Order:

 * Due at date 📆
 * Delivery address 🗺️

We've also added your project reference.

These will be shown on the Purchase Order document which gets sent to your
Supplier, helping to keep everyone on the same page.

We've given the Tasks page lots of attention and made significant updates to the
Tasks page to help you manage your tasks more efficiently. Here’s what’s new:

New and Improved Features:

 * Advanced Filtering: Easily narrow down your list by assignee, status, type,
   and whether it has a linked Event.
 * Powerful Search: Quickly find Tasks by their name, associated Project, or
   Customer.
 * Flexible Sorting: Organise your tasks the way you like.

NEWLY ADDED AUTOMATION TRIGGERS AND CONDITIONS 🥳

 


IMPROVEMENT

  

We've added some new automation triggers that we hope you will find useful.

Now you can run automations:

 * When an Event will start in 14 days time 📆
 * When an Event will start in 21 days time 📆
 * When an invoice becomes fully paid 🤑

We've also added a new Automation condition so that you can compare on the day
of the week that the Automation is triggered.

You might find this useful for preventing any 'reminder' automations from being
sent out at weekends.

EXPORT YOUR CUSTOMER DATA

 


NEW

  

We want you to be able to use your Customer data however you want - it's yours
after all - so we added a new Button so you can export all your data in .csv
format.

You'll find this at the top right of the Customers page.

PROJECT SITE ADDRESS UX CHANGES

 


IMPROVEMENT

  

Adding and editing the project's site address had become an overcomplicated
process. So we sat down and had a rethink!

You can now simply switch between the different addresses associated with
project's Customer, edit the address and add/edit that site's Access Contacts.
If needed you can also add a new address to the customer all from the same
modal.
