HOW THE ADVENTURE STARTED:



For two dads, Zach and Tom, skiing and exploring the mountains has always been a
source of happiness and fun.

Sharing their passion for the outdoors with family and friends often meant a
compromise between peace of mind and exploration.

Tired of anxiously “arm bar parenting” on the chairlift or hovering in front of
their new skiers during the first time down the mountain, Tom and Zach told
themselves: A better way must exist.

From those moments, they have had a steadfast commitment to give skiers of all
ages and skill levels confidence to explore new terrain, while giving back some
peace of mind to the people who love them.

Kinetic Fabrics has remained singularly focused on empowering confidence and
capability for young and new skiers, while giving parents and loved ones the
peace of mind and freedom to enjoy the moment.

WE QUESTIONED EVERYTHING.

That’s how we stayed the course and worked hard to give you the most effective
way to gain a little peace of mind.

 HOW MUCH GRIP FORCE DOES THIS HAVE WHILE ON THE LIFT?

I want to use it to help keep my little ones from sliding off. This fabric
provides several times more grip than a regular ski pant depending on the seat
cover attached.  We’ve tested it to be on average 3x the force required to start
a slide.

CAN I STILL GET OFF THE LIFT?

Yes, your natural movement of starting to raise your body to a standing position
disengages the fibers, and are able to get off the lift as you normally would.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT WHEN PUTTING MY KID ON THE LIFT?

The same, normal procedure is used for getting onto the lift.

WILL THIS HELP ME PULL KIDS ON TO THE LIFT BESIDE ME?

Yes, instructors find this helpful because it helps lock them in place so that
they may focus on helping pull their young students up onto the lift beside
them.

 DOES THIS HELP ME SLIDE BACK ONTO THE LIFT?

Our fabric performs the same or better as regular ski pants when sliding back
onto the lift.



IS THIS WASHABLE?

Yes, we have washed this fabric 15 times, which is much more than outerwear is
normally washed, and it retained 98% of its holding power.
