APPLICATION OBJECTIVE




To successfully weld stranded wire to the silver pad producing a series weld
with 2 individual welds. The welds need to maintain a pull strength of 8 Newtons
at a 45 degree angle.

*note: Gap is adjusted using a set screw. The black knob on the right side of
the holder was adjusted while using a feeler gauge to set the gap.
