We introduced the Data Portal as part of the RIIO-2 business plan to deliver a
foundational data portal with NESO datasets available to all, and to enhance
transparency of our decision-making.

Each dataset on the NESO data portal is licenced on an individual basis, and
this licence only applies to the datasets explicitly associated with this
