Job description  

Technology Graduate Development Programme


As the world moves to a new way of working, we are looking for innovators who

We feel it is important that you have an opportunity to learn and experience
some of the career paths open to you. You will therefore have the chance to
experience the following disciplines of work; Business Analysis/Change,
Project/Programme Management, Product Design, Data Science, Data Architecture
and Software Engineering. More information on each profession will be available
when the campaign goes live.
 
This structured two-year development programme has a starting salary of £36,159
and is designed to fully equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience
needed to be an effective part of our technology workforce. You must be
expecting to receive at least a 2:2 degree or equivalent in a technology or
wider STEM-related subject by autumn 2022. You should also be available to start
permanent employment in autumn 2022. For the duration of the Technology Graduate
Development Programme, you must be able to live in or commute to central London.
 
The application window for the Technology Graduate Development Programme will
open on 13th December 2021. In the meantime, we encourage:  
 
·         All those from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background *

only, due to their current under-representation in our workforce.
