The technician, Brendan, sent by Complete Electrical, did an excellent job
fixing the problem with my Miele microwave oven. On the 1st visit he did a
thorough job, patiently testing the oven to identify the source of the noise:
the cooling fan, which he replaced on his 2nd visit (20 July). He is clearly
competent in his work and customer friendly. I was very happy with the work and
with Complete Electrical for their co-operative approach to resolving the
problem with this appliance. Quite pleased with the outcome.
