COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION Sources of Information In the preceding 12 months, we received personal information from the sources described in Section 1 of the End User Privacy Policy (for end users) and the Website and Business Contacts Privacy Policy (for Publishers, Advertising partners and Visitors), as applicable. Purposes for Collection, Use, & Sharing In addition to the practices detailed in Sections 1 and 2 of the End User Privacy Policy (for end users) and the Website and Business Contacts Privacy Policy (for Publishers, Advertising partners and Visitors), as applicable, we also use and disclose the personal information we collect for the following commercial and business purposes: * Auditing related to our interactions with you; * Legal compliance; * Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and necessary prosecution; * Debugging; * Performing services (for us or our service provider); * Internal research for technological improvement; * Internal operations; * Activities to maintain and improve our services; and * Other one-time or short-term uses. OpenWeb provides its users worldwide with the ability to exercise the rights for access and deletion via the ‘User Privacy’ section available on our platform. To fulfill your request, we will need to verify your identity and residency in California. Please note that in some cases, you will also be required to submit your request directly to the relevant Publisher. Please be aware that only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to personal information collected about you.
