Managing Director

Philip Peredo is a Managing Director of Millenia Ventures – a Las Vegas-based
capital advisory firm. Millenia specializes in early stage capital raising,
proper due diligence execution, lower middle market mergers and acquisitions and
initial public offerings. Mr. Peredo started his finance career as a wealth
advisor with Merrill Lynch and has worked with Boustead Securities, Sutter
Securities, GT Securities, and currently, Finalis Securities. 
 
Philip is also an entrepreneur in the hospitality, entertainment and fintech
industries with prior and current ownerships in comedy clubs, a restaurant,
catering service, business process outsourcing and procurement firms.
 
Phil started his career after undergraduate studies at the University of
Maryland and graduate work at Harvard University in the area of government and
politics with stints as a White House Intern, Peace Corps Volunteer,
Congressional staffer, and New Jersey political operative and candidate.

The difference between us and all of the other brokers, consultants, lenders,
and bankers out there is that we listen to what your needs are, we evaluate and
strategize your best mode of action for your business, and then we help you
execute.
 
We don’t want the easiest or the quickest fix for you that harms you financially
in the future. We want the best solution for the short-term and the long-term.
We are not motivated by immediate commission that will harm or ruin your
business in the long-run. We seek what’s best for you and your business.
If you can find your lender online or if they are calling you on the phone,
texting you, or sending you email, they are probably not the right lender for
you. If your lender immediately offers you a merchant cash advance, line of
credit, or short term loan with interest between 20-40% with daily and weekly
payments as their first option on how they can help you, then that may not be

CLIENT CRITERIA

Millenia Ventures requires the following criteria for all early-stage companies.


1. Founder must have at least one exit or be a national expert in their field.

2. All due diligence must be completed with a virtual data room. A review of
business finance documents will be completed by Capizate.

3. There must be distribution in place – contracts, agreements, MOUs, purchase
orders, or LOIs to justify company financial projections and financial
evaluation.
