Q: Can this be purchased as a size you do not offer on the website?
A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please
get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.
Q: How can I determine my size?
A: We suggest cutting out a piece of string and placing it on your neck, exactly
where you would like the necklace to sit. You should then measure the string
with a tape measure and add 1/2 inches for comfort. You can always refer to our
sizing guide.
Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically
sourced.
Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color?
A: All our products are 14k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.
Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone genuine or Lab Grown?
A: This piece features a natural Diamond/Gemstone.

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:
* For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish
detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine
of precious metals over time.
* Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a
stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing
your jewelry until repaired.
* Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.
Shipping and Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact
us at customercare@ferkosfinejewelry.com with your order number within five (5)
days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery
(must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Full Eternity Bands
* Items on Sale
* Items purchased during Sales Events
Conditions of Return
* All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.

Exactly what I was looking for. Purchased 3 of these and 4 plain bands to make a
7 band stack. One twist band is very very slightly less “twisted” than the other
two. Hard to explain or even catch in a photo though so not worth trying to
replace.
