Most of us have the best of intentions when it comes to our health.

We want to do right by ourselves, put in the time and effort to ensure we
improve our level of physical fitness so that we can enjoy all the benefits that
come from it.
And these benefits are significant
Physical activity, especially the strenous kind that gets your heart pumping and
your lungs heaving for oxygen, has been shown in study after study to be a prime
mitigating factor in premature death and chronic disease.

So there's good cause to be concerned when factors in your life which seem to be
beyond your control end up curbing your ability to improve your level of
physical fitness.

Almost imperceptibly your progress grinds to a halt and you're not sure what
happened.

Well, now you can find out why and use the information to get back on track.
