Empowering women is one belief, deeply rooted and shaped by my late mother. When
I was appointed as the CEO (Asia Pacific) at Millionaireasia, I noted that more
than 80% of the 40,000-strong database were male.

Re: Change in Competition Dates, Video’s price and waiver of Registration Fees
We refer to the MsMA 2023 Web 3.0 Influencer Competition Terms and Conditions
(“T&Cs”) dated 8 March 2023. We adopt the definitions and abbreviations therein.
This is to inform Contestants that MA has changed the Competition dates. In
summary, the registration period, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals will
end on 21 May 2023, 21 June 2023, 9 August 2023 and 28 September 2023
respectively.
In addition, the prices for the Personality video, Idea video & Value video has
been amended to Singapore Dollar $10, $20 & $30 respectively. The minimum number
of votes to qualify for the Semi Final, Final and Winner have been amended to a
minimum of 1,000, 2,000 & 3,000 votes respectively.
We have decided to make these changes to reflect feedbacks and requests from our
various partners and participants as well as in consideration of the popularity
and demand of the Competition. These changes also reiterate our mission to
empower women by facilitating greater access to the Competition, especially for
those who may not reside in the cities in which MA has launched the Competition.
We have also taken onboard feedback and requests from its various partners in
making these changes.
Our Contestants will also have additional time to make the necessary
preparations for the Competition and garner votes. Should there be any questions

In addition, to celebrate the International Women’s Day, we have decided to
waive the registration fees for the first 1,000 applicants. Those who have paid

Singapore (08 Mar 2023) – EMPOWERING WOMEN
The inaugural MsMA 2023 Web3.0 Influencer Competition invites ladies of ages 18
and above (unless otherwise approved by MA), to take up the challenge, to become
the icon for Empowering Women. Seize this ground-breaking opportunity to be
mentored by renown entrepreneurs to be the Champion, and to be presented with
the unrivalled winning prize worth Singapore Dollar $1 million . Empowering
women is one belief, deeply rooted and shaped by Mr. Peter Tan’s late mother.
When he was appointed as the CEO (Asia Pacific) at Millionaireasia, he noted
that more than 80% of the 40,000-strong database were male. He feels that there
is a need to raise awareness on women achievement and contribution by promoting
more success stories of accomplished women in Asia. Peter is taking his passion
for empowering women up a notch by launching MsMA 2023.
MsMA 2023. It stands for Ms Millionaireasia. It inspired by the Women for Women
philosophy - MsMA 2023 aims to empower women to be role models in Asia for
Asians. Through this competition, the participant will advocate the movement,
through the promotion of branding her Personality, campaigning an Idea and
propagating the Value. She shall be coached by reputable mentor(s), and undergo
a rigorous process of selection, to enable her Personality to drive her Idea to
create Value and emerge as the Champion. MsMA 2023 is not a beauty pageant. The
pursuit of MsMA 2023 is to publicise, recognise, groom and empower female
superstars across Asia. It is a competition based on her ability to promote the
Slogan (Women for Women, Asians for Asia) with her passion, through the
engagement & support of her families, friends and followers (FFFs).
S$1 MILLION PRIZE. This is a competition for the finest women of Asia, and in
Millionaireasia's proposition, the winner deserves the honour of becoming a
millionaire. By becoming the Champion, Millionaireasia wants to empower her with
S$1 million worth of prizes to be a millionaire!
WEB3.0 INFLUENCER. In the Web3.0 environment, the Non-Fungible Token (NFT)
represents a digital asset that is desirable and has after-life. The various
free NFTs given to purchasers of the videos in this competition are designed to
create value for the NFT owners and income for the contestants. What it
encompasses is that the competition embraces Web 3.0 technology by the gifting
of NFTs with each sale of a video. This ensures that all votes are logged into
the open ledger on blockchain when determining the Champion and winners.
An influencer refers to one who exerts influence; a person who inspires or
guides the actions of others. Contestants can be influential leaders in social &
new media, business, sales, social associations & clubs, councils, focused
groups & movements, in the fields of faith and philanthropy etc. Web3.0
influencers are distinctively differentiated from social media influencers. The
former is measured by her ability to garner votes through the promotion of her
Personality, Idea and Value videos. Conversely, the latter is generally rated by
the number of followers, likes, engagements and perhaps impressions.
ONLINE FRIENDS OF MILLIONAIREASIA ONLY (FoMo). The FoMo membership platform,
accessible to the contestants and their voters, is probably the only social chat
community that verifies the identities of its members, and where profile photos
are substantiated. The FoMo membership platform will empower women by providing
them with opportunities to chat, learn, share and grow within a safe and
transparent environment. Members will also be invited to attend these events and
parties to socialise, interact and network with UHNWIs & HNWIs.
MOTIVATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. Women who feel strongly about a cause or have an
idea to advocate will be able to voice their thoughts and share their feelings,
through the competition, in Asia. They will be able to empower other women by
creating a movement and community, tapping on the FoMo platform to access
Millionaireasia’s wide network. In addition, contestants are able to pitch their
Personality, Idea and Value videos to prominent personalities, successful
businessmen and businesswomen, through Millionaireasia’s platform. They will be
coached by experienced entrepreneurs to crystallise their thoughts to gain
greater acceptance in Asia. In addition, the Finalists will be able to live a
millionaire's lifestyle for a week, including super car, luxury cruise,
Michelin-star dining and private jet experiences.
INTRODUCER. All contestants and voters are given a unique link to invite their
female friends to sign up for this competition. For any introduced contestant
who takes part in the competition by clicking the link, the introducer will
receive 10% commission from her successful sign-up and all personality videos
sold by her during the Quarter Final of the competition
REGISTRATION. Wait no more ‒ simply fill up and submit the application between
14 February and 21 May 2023, together with a payment of Singapore Dollar $100
(waived for the first 1,000 participants) for registration. Subsequently, you
are required to verify your identity by the platform, submit your profile photo
and a 1-minute Personality video, to begin your women empowerment journey with
us. Successful contestants will be informed of their entry to the competition
and their enrolment int0 the FoMo Silver membership. Contestants will also
receive their personal code (for introducing participants) and will be able to
start promoting their Personality video to their FFFs.
COMPETITION RULES. In each stage, the contestants are required to promote their
Personality, Idea and Value. Each video is marketed at S$10, S$20 and S$30
respectively to their FFFs. Each sale of the video represents a vote. In the
event of a tie, in the Semi-Final or Final, the contestant who gets the highest
number of votes among them, at the earliest time, shall prevail. Voters can
purchase as many videos from different contestants as they want.
QUARTER FINAL. The Quarter Final, from 15 March to 21 Jun is the stage for
promoting their Personality branding to their FFFs through a 1-minute video.
Contestants will receive 20% commission for the sales of their Personality
videos. The voters who purchase their Personality video will be given a free
Personality NFT and FoMo Silver membership.
SEMI FINAL. The Semi Final, from 24 May to 9 Aug 2023, is the stage for
campaigning their Idea and advocating EMPOWERING WOMEN to their FFFs through a
2-minute video. The voters who purchase their Idea video will be given a free
Idea NFT. To qualify for the Final, contestants (with a minimum of 2,000 votes)
must rank in the top twenty based on vote count. In addition to the top twenty
contestants, MA will also select at random 5 Semi-Finalists with at least 2,000
votes to qualify for the Finals. Full details of this draw will be published on
MA’s website at a later date.
FINAL. The Final, from 11 Jul to 28 Sep 2023, is the stage for propagating their
Value proposition and endorsing EMPOWERING WOMEN to their FFFs through a
three-minute video. The voters who purchase their Value video will be given free
Value NFT. To qualify for the Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up,
contestants (with a minimum of 3,000 votes) must rank in the top 3 based on vote
count.

The FoMo membership platform is probably the only social chat community that
verifies the identities of its members, and where profile photos are
substantiated.
1. Why FoMo?
In the world of social media, many people may not know the true identity of the
person they chat with. Members are empowered with the opportunities to chat,
learn, share and grow within a safe and transparent environment.
1. What are the types of membership in FoMo?
2. Individual members will be categorised under Diamond (Ultra High Net Worth
Individuals, net worth exceeding SGD$30,000,000), Titanium (High Net Worth
Individuals, HNWIs, net worth exceeding SGD$1,000,000), Platinum
(Professional), Silver and Standard. Their net worth and professional status
is verified by the platform.
3. Corporate members will be categorised into Elite, Premium or Basic with a

b. Sale of Personality Videos by your family, friends and followers (FFF) to
support/ vote for our contestants: If your FFF buy any contestant's personality
video through your link during the Quarter Final of the Competition, you will
receive 10% of the sales as commission.
c. Sale of Personality Videos by the FFF of your FFF: You will also be entitled
to 5% of the sales made by the purchasers / participants introduced by the FFF
(who also signed up as an introducer) who bought personality video or entered
participation in the Competition.
3. How do I know I am paid accurately?
Each video that is sold comes with a free NFT for the purchaser, which is
recorded on the applicable blockchain. Your commission will be verifiable based
on the number of NFTs attributed to sales introduced by you.
4. How do I get paid?
Sixty days after the quarter final, Millionaireasia will instruct Stripe Connect
(or such other third-party payment service provider as appointed by
Millionaireasia at the time) to pay you. The third-party payment service
provider may require you to provide them with certain information in order for
them to process the payment to you and it may contact you directly via the
contact details you have provided to Millionaireasia. All transaction fees shall
be borne by the you. If your total commission is less than S$50, you shall be
required to either collect your commission in cash from Millionaireasia’s office
or provide Millionaireasia with your Singapore bank account for Millionaireasia
to transmit your commission directly to you.
5. How much would I be able to earn as an introducer?
As an example - within 10 minutes effort and a good network of influence, if you
have 100 families, friends and follower in your area of influence, and 10% sign
up and sold a minimum of 1,000 videos (for them to participate in the
semi-final, your total earned income is 10% of 100 0f 1,000 of $10 = $100,000.
This example is purely for illustration only.
6. Is there a limit to the introduction fees?
You may only be entitled to earn introduction fees for (a) participants
introduced by you and the videos that they sell and (b) sale of videos and
participants introduced by the participants and purchasers in (a). This is
strictly not a multi-tier system so you will not be entitled to introduction
fees beyond (b). However, there is no limit to the number of activities you may
introduce via (a) and/or (b).

8. When would I be paid the introduction fees? You will be paid 60 days after
the close of quarter final.

English to any other languages is purely for reference only. If there is any
dispute as to the interpretation of any term or clause in any document, the

Competition mechanics
1. Tell me more about the registration process.
a. To participate in the Competition, you may go to
https://app.millionaireasia.com/campaign-instruction/10. Applicants are required
to submit a valid application form (to register in the Millionaireasia NFT
platform) and registration fees of Singapore Dollar $100 (waived for the first
1,000 participants).
b. Subsequently, you are required to verify your identity with the platform,
submit a profile photo and 1-minute video highlighting your personality, by 21
May 2023.
c. At the discretion of the Organiser, the registration period may be extended.
d. Scan the QR code to sign up for MsMA 2023.
2. Tell me more about the quarter final.
a. During the period of the Quarter-Finals, contestants will compete to obtain
votes via the sales of the Personality Video (during the period from 15 March to
21 Jun 2023 or after the submission and approval of the participant’s picture
and video, whichever is earlier).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Personality video (@Singapore Dollar
$10) represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned
personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. Contestants with at least 1,000 votes will qualify for the Semi-Finals.
d. MA will send an email for her to upload her profile photo & a 2-minute Idea
video to the platform to prepare for the Semi Final by 22 Jun 2023.
3. Tell me more about the semi-final.
a. During the period of the Semi-Finals, Semi-Finalists will compete to obtain
as many votes as possible via the sales of the Idea Video (during the period
from 24 May to 9 Aug 2023).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Idea video (@Singapore Dollar $20)
represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned
personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. The top twenty contestants (with a minimum of 2,000 votes) will qualify for
the Finals.
d. In the event of a tie, the contestant who achieves the vote count earlier in
time shall prevail.
e. In addition to the top twenty contestants (with a minimum of 2,000 votes), MA
will also select at random 5 Semi-Finalists with at least 2,000 votes to take
part in the Finals. Full details of this draw will be published on MA’s website
at a later date.
f. Successful contestants will be notified by email and are required to submit
their profile photo & Value Video to Millionaireasia by 10 Aug 2023.
4. Do I need to attend the Final in person?
All Finalists are required to attend the Finals in-person and need to arrive in
Singapore by no later than 22 Sep 2023 to attend to various pre-Finals
preparations as may be arranged by MA. Any late attendance or absence may result
in disqualification and MA reserves the right to replace any disqualified
participants.
5. Tell me more about the Final.
a. During the period of the Finals, contestants will compete to obtain as many
votes as possible via the sales of the Value Video (during the period from 11
Aug to 28 Sep 2023).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Value video (@Singapore Dollar $30)
represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned
personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. In the event of a tie, the contestant who achieves the vote count earlier in
time shall prevail.
d. The top 3 contestants (with a minimum of 3,000 votes) shall be entitled to
the following prizes:
ii. Champion: S$1 million (S$200,000 cash prize plus S$800,000 worth of a
10-month exclusive contract with Millionaireasia).
iii. 2nd position: S$50,000 cash prize
iv. 3rd position: S$25,000 cash prize
e. The result will be announced on 01 Oct 2023, at the Grand Celebration in
Phuket.
