SANTA'S GROTTO

The Winter Wonderland at Gower Fresh Christmas Trees is the home of Santa on
Gower. A visit to the farm wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Santa’s
Grotto.

TAG YOUR TREE

Visit our enchanting Christmas tree fields and choose your perfect tree. Your
tagged tree will be cut the day before your collection and ready for you to
collect on your chosen day.

GOWER FRESH CHRISTMAS TREES

Gower Fresh Christmas Trees is home to the now fifth generation Morgan family
and is run by Robert Morgan who grows over 500,000 Christmas trees on the Gower
Peninsula. The family-run farm is home to the largest reindeer herd in Wales and
also home to Father Christmas on the run up to Christmas Day. Our first trees
were planted in 1997 with the help of Roberts father the late David Morgan.
Unfortunately the rabbits ate our first few thousand trees and we
over-fertilised the remainder but we carried on and continued planting and
nurturing up until 2006 when we were able to sell our first trees. Now in 2024
we are Wales’ largest Christmas Tree growers and solely grow and specialize in
growing high quality Christmas trees at the farm. This hard learning curve
culminated in Gower Fresh Trees winning the British Christmas Trees Growers
Association “Grower of the Year Award 2017” and the accolade of supplying the
Prime Minister’s tree which stood proudly outside 10 Downing Street and Robert
taking a trip to meet Theresa May in London in December 2017.

GOWER FRESH WHOLESALE CHRISTMAS TREES

With over 400,000 trees growing we are also able to wholesale our award-winning
trees to other retailers or even help new customers set up a retail site if new
to retailing Christmas trees. Our emphasis is on quality and freshness, where
there is nearly 6 million trees imported from abroad they are often cut early
and do not last till Christmas. At Gower Fresh we cut as late to your required
delivery date as possible, ensuring premium quality and freshness, so your
customers will have a perfect tree on Christmas day

In 2023 we have a special wholesale offer (limited numbers)

 * 5-6ft Fraser Fir plus water retaining stand (tree is dowelled to fit)
 * 4-5ft Fraser Fir plus water retaining stand (tree is dowelled to fit)

Trees are premium grade Fraser Fir, cut to order. A great offer for existing
tree retailer or if thinking of starting to stock real trees, as it is a

At Gower Fresh you have a number of choices when buying your Christmas tree. You
can buy it online or you can visit the farm with your family and choose from our
wide range of trees. You can also choose from our large variety of potted trees.
All our trees are individually priced, so whatever your budget we will have
something for you.


1. BUY A PRE-CUT TREE

Visit the Farm and select from our wide range of beautiful pre-cut trees on
display in the barn or at the bottom site. Our helpful staff will net and load
the tree into you vehicle. Delivery can also be arranged, if needed (charges
apply).


2. PICK YOUR OWN TREE

Wander through the fields or take a trip on our tractor trailer (weekends only)
to find a tree of your liking. Once you find your perfect tree tell a member of
our staff, who will cut, net and load the tree in your vehicle.

We are so thrilled you are considering visiting Gower Fresh Christmas Trees.
There is so much to see and experience on site. We want you to make the best
from your time with us and to do so here are few tips for you as you prepare to
visit.

 * Weekends are extremely busy, please, visit midweek if it suits you.
 * To easily find us, check our map and directions instructions
 * If you want to wander the fields, please wear appropriate shoes and come
   during daylight hours only
 * Remember, you can pick you tree and we can deliver it for you.
 * Dogs allowed, only on a lead.
 * Always check our FAQ page
 * For large groups or School Trips, please, use our online booking to reserve a

We open our gates to the public on Saturday, the 23rd of November 2024. Opening
times may vary, and availability is shown at the time of purchasing a
ticket  All tickets for the Grotto need to be booked online. Be aware that
weekends can get busy, book in advance.

The map shows the main areas of our site. We are split into two main areas, the
Top and Bottom sites. Both sites have access to our award winning Christmas
trees, however, at the top site you can also visit out Winter Wonderland
attraction. If you are looking to purchase a tree only, then parking will be
easier at the bottom site, especially during weekends.
