manager in the commercial license according to Private Company Regulations
(PCR).

Friday from 7:30 am to 12 pm.
Estimated Time to Deliver 7 Working Days Service Fees
* AED 1000
An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation
Dirham” is applicable per transaction

* Director(s) Resolution for FZLLCs
* Director(s) Resolution for Branches
* Valid Passport Copy of General Manager (For Newly Appointed)
* General Manager Declaration (applicable in case of a valid visa)
* RIC Form (Registry Identification Code Form) of General Manager (For Newly
Appointed)

* Resolution is required to be Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE
