Hide Away Safe being removed from its docking station


Install the docking station to almost any flat surface on any angle even upside
down, slide the Hide Away Safe in then lock it with the included Abloy PROTEC
key.

Once locked the Hide Away Safe conceals all fastenings used to install the
docking station, see above picture.

Between January 1990 to December 1992 a couple of thousand man hours was
invested in the design, material selection, manufacturing techniques and testing
of the Hide Away Safe.

February 1993 after 3 years of research and development the Australia designed
and manufactured Hide Away Safe became available for sale.

MANUFACTURED FROM LEXAN POLYCARBONATE

The Hide Away Safe is a revolutionary concept in safe technology.

Less than two years after the first Hide Away Safe was sold in February 1993
until today December 01, 2024 the worlds only relocatable, high security, light
weight safe manufactured from lexan polycarbonate, a General Electric
trademarked impact modified polycarbonate, became known world wide for its

1: DOCKING STATION

Install the docking station to almost any flat surface at any angle, even upside
down, using screws, bolts or ACRYLIC (water based) glue into which the Hide Away
Safe slides in then lock it with the included high security Abloy PROTEC key.

After the docking station is installed eg. to the floor or under a shelf slide
the Hide Away Safe in then lock the lid. This hides all the fastenings used to
install the docking station.

2: HIDE AWAY SAFE

The Hide Away Safe lid locks in or out of the docking station with the included
high security Abloy PROTEC key without the contents being exposed while moving.

How, remove the Hide Away Safe from one docking station, lock the lid then take
it to another previously installed docking station, slide it part way in,
un-lock the lid, push it all the way in then lock the safe in its docking
station.

3: CUSTOMISED HEAVY DUTY CAM

Fitted to the back of the Abloy PROTEC lock inside the Hide Away Safe is the
customised heavy duty cam used to secure the Hide Away Safe through a
specifically designed slot in the docking station.

How, slide the Hide Away Safe into the docking station, insert the key into the
Abloy PROTEC lock, turn the key 180 degrees this also turns the cam into the
slot in the docking station locking the Hide Away Safe to the docking station.

4: ABLOY PROTEC (ULTRA) HIGH SECURITY LOCK AND KEY



Abloy PROTEC high security lock
