YOUR SPRIGGY MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS


GETTING YOUR REFUND TO YOU


We noticed that while your Spriggy Membership was previously active, at least
one of your kid’s card(s) expired and your replacement Spriggy card was not
activated. During this time, we continued to charge you the Spriggy membership
fee for your expired card which we should not have done under the terms of the
Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

We will take the necessary steps to return those fees to you (plus interest) but
we need your help!

Step 1: We require your email address or mobile phone number so that we can
verify your membership against our records.

Step 2: You will be shown a small summary of your prior membership details so
that you feel confident and assured that we’re Spriggy.

Step 3: We require some additional information so that we can issue your refund
owing to you.
