Bill was great, we really appreciate his willingness to take calls from us and
our realtor at all hours. However, the process was more difficult whenever talks
went to "Kevin", who inevitably had slow responses to emails and questions. He
even sent us an email with "you must respond to this ASAP, very urgent", then
failed to send us this very urgent email for another day.
