WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY FEES?

We have a $6 delivery fee for all zip codes that we service. There is also a
$2.50 club service fee that is applied to members that just want to become a
member for the day. If you purchase a monthly membership for $24 we will waive
100% of our delivery and service fees.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IN-STORE SHOPPING AT THE MOMENT? CAN I WALK IN AND SHOP?

At the moment we are a delivery only service. Our retail locations have become
delivery only hubs temporarily. Place an order and our riders will delivery your
product direct to your doorstep.

HOW DO WE PAY FOR OUR ORDER? DO YOU ACCEPT DIGITAL PAYMENTS OR ARE YOU CASH
ONLY?

All payments must be made in advance using our Empire Wallet system. Once you
place your order a dispatch rep will send you a payment link to complete your
order with a debit card. We do not accept cash and all orders must be paid in
advance prior to going out for delivery.
