Securities Settlements is a dynamic team in Operations that processes and
controls the settlement of all asset types, transfer of electronic and physical
assets relating to company distributions, client trades, and the restructuring

YOUR IMPACT

The Securities Settlements team within Global Banking & Markets Operations is
seeking a leader ready to take the next step in their career. The successful
candidate will manage and lead part of the Securities Settlements team in Salt
Lake City.  In this role, you will have a mixture of responsibilities including
people management and development for a team of full time employees and
contingent workers with day to day oversight and risk management for settlement
functions supporting Global Banking & Markets clients and trading desks for
Equity and Fixed Income products.  The successful candidate will also be
expected to help drive the Securities Settlements strategy – encompassing
service, efficiency and commercially focused initiatives supported by
engineering and business intelligence teams.  You will apply your quantitative,
problem solving and customer service skills to support the various business
units and clients.  In addition, the successful candidate will partner with
trading desks, engineering, counterparties, and adjacent operations teams to
deliver first class service and risk management.  Ability to deploy first class
executive communication to interact with senior stakeholders and demonstrate a
commitment and passion to talent development are vital components of this role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years’ experience in Securities flows for Equity and Fixed Income

• Strong understanding of control and risk mindset in addition to securities
trade lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality
paired with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong relationship building skills and executive communication

• Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and
accountability, has strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to
effectively manage competing priorities

• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment

• Strong dedication to the culture of excellence of the firm

• Strategic mindset with ability to leverage data to drive decisions, real time
prioritization and strategic investment

• Experience with managing people and teams
