WHERE TECHNOLOGY MEETS QUALITY

Triple Pane Windows

One of the key elements that provides thermal insulating power in a window
system is the warm edge super spacer gap between the glass panes. The ideal gap
is 1/2", meaning the glazing system should have an overall thickness of 1-3/8"
for triple glazing (7/8" for double glazing). Triple Pane Windows is the best
option for homes in colder climates as they are highly effective at preventing
heat loss.

Low-E Coating

Low-E, or low-emissivity, glass was created to minimize the amount of infrared
and ultraviolet light that comes through your glass, without minimizing the
amount of light that enters your home. Low-E glass windows have a
microscopically thin coating that is transparent and reflects heat. The Low-E
coatings keep the temperature in your home consistent by reflecting the interior
temperatures back inside.

Argon and Krypton Gas

To reduce the window's heat conductivity and prevent cold from entering the
house the space between the panes is filled with Argon or Krypton gases. Both
gases conduct up to 50% less heat than air, and when coupled with triple pane
construction, they provide added protection against heat loss, condensation, and
cold weather. Less heat loss translates directly into more energy cost savings
for you.
