What do Minecraft and modern DOOM have in common? It's not much, but a modder
decided to merge the two to create DOOMED Demons of the Nether and it's pretty
excellent.




It offers a single-player game, this free to download mod is inspired by the
modern DOOM games borrowing plenty of design elements. Although technically it
is an adventure map pack within Minecraft land, it actually alters the game.
It's amazing!




It's easy to install and it's well-suited for Linux.




Make sure you have a fresh install of Minecraft 1.16.13, download the pack, and
then extract the contents into your Minecraft saves folder which is typically
located in ~/.minecraft/savesor. This is it, it includes everything you need.

After you've done that after that, launch Minecraft and select it from
Singleplayer. It will walk you through a few settings you may need to adjust to
create Minecraft appear as you prefer. Absolutely brilliant.
