OUR ROOTS

In 2009, our founders built BairesDev. It is now the largest bootstrapped
software outsourcing company in the world. BairesDev’s $4B+ valuation and 80%+
annual growth rate is primarily driven by their proprietary lead gen platform,
WinDifferent.

Recognizing WinDifferent’s unparalleled potential, the founders envisioned a
standalone investment vehicle that could replicate the same success for other
B2B software companies.

Thus, BDev Ventures was born in 2021.
