As a movement specialist, I help people move better, feel stronger and be more
confident. I specialize in helping those who have been diagnosed with chronic
pain or physical disabilities to incorporate movement into their daily lives for
full integration of mind body well-beingI love to explore new territories, and
although we live with ourselves on a daily basis, there is always room for more
discoveries.

My approach invites self-inquiry through movement. It’s a journey towards
curiosity, and learning to deepen the relationship with the self and the
environment. Whether this environment is a training apparatus, your working
space, whether it’s a dance floor, a wheelchair or a climbing wall, I am
enthusiastic about exploring  the paths that will lead you to self-empowerment
and tap into your full potential.

I want to help improve people’s health through enhancing their efficiency of
motion, by sharing what has improved my own fitness and recovery from injuries.
I’ve been a movement specialist since 1998, and my certifications include:

 * Feldenkrais Method®, from the Feldenkrais® Resources Training Institute
 * Pilates, through Balance Body University
 * Personal Trainer, by the American College of Sports Medicine
 * Yoga, from the Sivananda Vedanta Center
 * TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise), from Fitness Anywhere
 * FMS (Functional Movement Screening), by Functional Movement Systems

I persistently learn new approaches and methods to help clients perform better,
recover, and achieve their fitness goals.
